Sometimes all you need to celebrate the incoming new year fever is to snuggle up in your warm blankets while indulging in a heavy share of music shows; this time, too, we’re looking forward to the 2023 year end Korean awards shows and ceremonies that allow us to spend our chilly evenings while sipping on hot beverages and spending these hours with our favourites from the K-pop and K-drama land. Each year, a set number of Hallyu events break the year’s final hours to welcome the next new beginning in line for us all.

Shows like the MAMA Awards, KBS Song Festival, SBS Gayo Daejun, and many more music festivals or award ceremonies are there with us every year. The cheerful, festive spirit gets elevated owing to some of the greatest names from the K-pop scene taking to the stage and belting out their sky-high notes and mesmerising vocals while also breaking out in stage-breaking performances that light up our eyes. Bidding farewell to the long haul of 2023 may not come easy for everyone, but it will surely be a harmonious and starry memorable event, especially with the extensive lineup of year-end shows coming up all through November 2023 – January 2024.
