Exoprimal allows you to pick between ten different exosuits with unique weapons and abilities, with a recent update including ten more as Alpha Variants you can unlock through basic progression. Although these Alpha suits share many skills as the standard ones, each has a different gun that changes their gameplay. These deviations allow you to explore additional characters that could appeal more to your preferred style of dinosaur hunting.
Alpha Variant suits are not skins, so you don’t have to worry about obtaining them through the Premium Survival Pass or making any purchases. Remember that Alpha suits have different weapons, but most of their abilities and Ultimate remain the same. For example, the best exosuit in Exoprimal, classified as a Tank, likely has many of the same skills that make them such a powerful fighter in that role.
How To Get Every Alpha Variant Exosuit in Exoprimal
To get every Alpha Variant exosuit, you only need to progress the Level of the standard suit to 20, then spend 15,000 BikCoin to unlock the Variant. Every normal suit you have access to in Exoprimal has its own individual Level, which increases as you play different multiplayer War Games. Leveling up any exosuit gives you access to new equipment, such as Rigs and passive skill Modules.
You can spend BikCoin, the currency earned from multiplayer matches, to purchase additional standard suits like the Murasame, Nimbus, and Vigilant. You may also spend earned money on Module upgrades to improve the effects of certain passive abilities.
The Alpha Variant is given as a reward for those who dedicate some time to specific exosuits, encouraging you to get as many victories as you can with at least one standard model. For example, reaching Level 20 in the normal Zephyr suit will unlock Alpha Zephyr. Before you can begin to play as Alpha Zephyr, you must spend the right amount of BikCoin to unlock the Variant and all its customization options.
You can earn skins and other cosmetics for Alpha Variant suits before you get them, either from War Chests or through the Survival Pass. Once you have an Alpha exosuit, you can use the same Modules from the standard version unless it applies to a Variant’s exclusive trait. You could always buy the Variants in the Microsoft Store for money instead of through progression if you want to try these suits fast in Exoprimal.
Once you unlock every Alpha Variant in Exoprimal, you can progress their Level as well to find new Modules that suit the new weapons or traits found in these fresh exosuits.

- Exoprimal is a new third-person action multiplayer title from Capcom. Players will take on the role of one of the multiple Exofighters at war with an AI known as Leviathan that unleashes waves of dinosaurs from portals to attempt to wipe out humanity. Players will use unique class-based suits to attack, support, and defend other teammates as they face off with other players and dinosaurs in a race to complete challenges set for them by Leviathan.
