How to open Taylor Swift’s vault on your phone as star reveals 1989 tracks

Loads of Taylor Swift fans can’t open Taylor Swift’s vault on their phone – but there’s a quick fix to access the song reveal.

The singer launched the game this week in collaboration with Google and has just announced the titles of her ‘from the vault’ tracks.

How to open Taylor Swift’s vault on your phone

If the Taylor Swift vault isn’t showing on your phone, that’s because your device is blocking pop-ups from appearing.

Those using an iPhone can change this by opening the Settings app and scrolling all the way down to Safari.

Then, scroll down to the ‘Block Pop-ups’ heading and ensure the green toggle is in the grey ‘off’ position.

If it’s already off, switch the toggle to on and then off again. Now the blue Taylor Swift vault should appear on Google.

On Android, allow pop-ups by opening Settings on the Google Chrome app and tapping Privacy and Security.

Taylor Swift reveals vault track names

For the past 24 hours, fans across the globe have been solving clues on Google to unlock Taylor’s 1989 vault.

They successfully solved a staggering 33 million puzzles in total – so Taylor has revealed the new track titles.

When you type ‘Taylor Swift’ into Google and click on the blue vault, you are greeted with a message from the singer herself.

“Oh look you did it. You unlocked the 1989 (Taylor’s Verison) vault,” she says. “And now I am so excited to share the new vault track titles with you.”

However, Taylor previously revealed there are five new tracks – so it looks like she’s keeping one of the titles under wraps for now.

Fans were getting really frustrated

Swifties trying to access the Vault Puzzle on their phone have been taking to Twitter to share their frustration.

One person wrote: “High key sad that the Taylor Swift Vault puzzles aren’t working on my phone.”

“I can’t get it to work!!! I love word games!!!! I’m just so bummed it’s not working on my phone,” said another.

A third person added: “I’ve typed Taylor Swift & pressed search so many times on Google & a vault doesn’t show up. Does it only work for a computer & not a phone?”

“I just want the Taylor Swift vault to work on my phone,” someone else said.
