Suits, one of the USA Network’s most popular legal dramas, has been available to stream on Netflix across the world for years. But time is almost up for the series, as the legal drama is scheduled to leave over two dozen Netflix libraries at the end of 2025.
Suits is an American legal drama that aired on USA Network from June 2011 to September 2019. Starring the likes of Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams, Meghan Markle, and Sarah Rafferty, the series was wildly popular with audiences across its run and, in June 2023, became a juggernaut for Netflix when it was added to the US library, amassing hundreds of millions of views and billions of viewing hours.
The series has been widely available on Netflix across multiple territories and has been one of the most bingeable series on the platform for years. However, that will soon come to an end for many countries, as Netflix’s license will expire.

Will Netflix ever license Suits again?
You can never say never to Netflix re-licensing popular shows. However, this largely depends on the series’ demand, and in Suits‘ case, viewership began to wane in 2025.
As you can see from the graph below, the popularity of Suits on Netflix peaked in the second half of 2023. However, this coincided with the series being added to the Netflix US library for the first time on June 18th, 2023. The ninth season was added to the US library in July 2024.
The series is still being watched for millions of views in 2025, but there is a clear trend of declining viewership, and taking into consideration that most of the viewership over the past few years has been from the US, it’s more than likely that Netflix won’t be renewing the license for the series at the last minute.
It must be noted that Netflix renewed the license at the last minute in July 2025 for multiple territories, but evidently, this didn’t result in a spike in viewership. So, with that said, we stand by our prediction that Netflix isn’t likely to renew the series.
When is Suits leaving Netflix US?
US audiences still have plenty of time left to binge Suits, which isn’t leaving the US library until July 1st, 2027.
