‘Baller’: Pedro Porro really impressed by £170k-a-week Tottenham player

[ad_1]

Pedro Porro has called James Maddison a ‘baller’ on Instagram as he continues to shine in Tottenham Hotspur colours.

After winning the Premier League’s Player of the Month award for August, the club’s summer signing from Leicester City didn’t stop there.

On Sunday, James Maddison took his performances up a level when Tottenham recorded a 2-2 draw at Arsenal in the north London derby – Ian Wright had a warning for the midfielder after the game.

Ever since the 26-year-old has walked through the doors at Hotspur Way, he has stuck his chest out and led by example on the ball.

That has been proven by the £170k-a-week star’s (Telegraph) performances in the biggest of moments and it doesn’t get bigger than the north London derby for a Tottenham player.

If James Maddison can produce these types of performances during such a short space of time, imagine what he will do over the course of a season because it surely must get the fans excited.

James Maddison praise

When the England international took to Instagram, he was lauded in the comments section by many players who told him that he was ‘flying’ and, in Pedro Porro’s case, how he is a ‘baller’.

Beefing up Tottenham’s defence

The goals are coming in thick and fast for Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham, even though Harry Kane left the building this summer.

But that backline needs beefing up in order to help out players like James Maddison and the rest of the team.

That’s where Spurs will need to put their hands in their pockets by getting rid of the unwanted players and backing Ange Postecoglou even further because he is deserving of it.
