Upload: Season 3 release schedule explained amid episode 3 confusion
Upload is back on Prime Video for season 3 but fans have been left waiting for episode 3 after only two episodes have been released.
After an agonizing 19-month wait following that season 2 cliffhanger, Upload has finally returned to Prime Video for its highly anticipated third installment but while things may be looking up for Robbie Amell’s Nathan and Andy Allo’s Nora, fans will have to wait to see how their story plays out thanks to a release schedule shake-up.
Upload season 3 episode 3 release date
Episode 3 of Upload season 3 will be released on Friday, October 27, 2023.
Following its two-episode premiere on October 20, Upload will now be released in batches of two each Friday until the finale arrives.
That means episode 4 will also be coming out alongside the season’s third chapter.
If you want to watch the new episodes as soon as they are released, Prime Video typically releases content at 12am UTC (universal coordinated time), which translates to 5pm ET and 8pm PT on Thursday, October 26 in the US as well 1am BST in the UK and 11am in Syndey, Australia.
How many episodes in total?
Upload season 3 will consist of eight episodes in total.
Veteran fans of the series will note that this number is one more than season 2 which only had seven chapters while it’s also fewer than season 1’s 10 episodes.

Upload season 3 plot preview
Upload’s third season picks up the story of a recently downloaded Nathan and Nora as they begin to explore their relationship in the real world.
But their burgeoning romance is forced to take a back seat as they must race to stop a mysterious conspiracy that threatens the lives of millions.
Meanwhile, Aleesha finds herself rising through the ranks of Horizon and falls into a new romantic relationship. On the subject of which, Ingrid hopes for a second chance of love after a backup copy of Nathan is activated in the digital world of Lakeview while Luke finds himself all alone following the original Nathan’s departure and must take on work in the Grey Zone to pay for his stay in the afterlife.
Upload season 3 is available to stream now on Prime Video after premiering on Friday, October 20, 2023.
